Our educational initiatives are a core part of Vinces. We believe that training the corporate affairs and advocacy professionals, both theoretical and practical, is essential to set up the principles of ethic and transparency. First we give to the student a general approach to history and fundaments of this activity. Then, through different workshops the student learns how to structure a corporate affairs department, how to develop the strategic lines to drive influence, how to build legitimacy and, of course, how to measure the results.
Since 2011 we have been collaborating with IE Business School through our Executive Program on Government and Corporate Affairs with the aim of training companies and organizations so they can structure and manage the corporate affairs department, participate on the regulatory process transparently and effectively, implement the best practices learnt on Brussels and Washington DC and assimilate the principals of integrity and transparency design by OCDE. We help business build stable participatory structures through our integrated methodology which principle is: “the stronger the social legitimacy, the greater the ability to influence politics and policy
Vinces offers executive managers of business and organizations a two-days training with the objective of defining the Corporate Affairs activity in their own organizations; drawing the methodology structure of their activity and determining the roles and responsibilities of each department.
