David Córdova is Managing Partner at Vinces. He boasts an outstanding track record in strategic advisory work for companies and associations in the field of regulatory affairs and public policy. His clients come from a variety of sectors, including the technology, security, health, intellectual property, food and tourism sectors. He was advisor to the Committee On Oversight & Government Reform at the US Congress and a contributor to the OECD’s initiative on “Recommendation on Principles for Transparency and Integrity in Lobbying”. He was Adjunct Director at the Spanish consultancy firm Government Relations. David is a specialist in business and government affairs and holds a degree in Business & Government Affairs from Georgetown University in Washington D.C; he holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Studies in Constitutional Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and is a PhD candidate at the same University. He holds a dual licentiate degree in Political Science, Public Administration and Journalism from Universidad CEU, as well as a University Degree in Philosophy from the Pontifical Gregorian University of Rome. David is the Director of the Executive Program on Lobby&Advocacy at the IE Business School.

Elena Herrero-Beaumont is Deputy Managing Partner at Vinces, where she advises clients in a variety of sectors, including the health, food, technology and sustainability sectors. Elena was head of international media relations at Garrigues, where she increased the firm’s international visibility and good image through the Anglo-Saxon and the industry press. Elena boasts an outstanding international background as a Visiting Scholar at the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and as a Fulbright fellow. Under the Carnegie Corporation of New York, she worked on an investigative project on the consequences of the relationship between the private and public sectors in the field of national security. She received her Law Degree, cum laude, from Universidad Complutense in Madrid, her Master’s degree in Financial Markets from Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles and her Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University in New York.
She is a PhD candidate in Constitutional Law at Universidad Complutense.
